The Twist 100 is a high performing spreader, suitable for any type of production, even the most challenging ones, as it is able to perfectly combine the productivity with the reliability and precision,  typical of the Twist range. The use of brushless motors and the electronic control of every micro-function allow incredibly fast accelerations, but always very smooth, to guarantee the best spreading quality, even with most elastic and slippery materials and irregular step lays. The on board interactive PC Touch with Windows OS has the most advanced software, developed ad hoc to improve the spreading set up and control by the operator, even by the creation of different profiles, , customized for individual needs and material types. The structure is compact and ergonomic, while the design is nice and modern. The special cradle turntable is made with double solid PVC belt (not parallel stripes), which guarantees perfect and even grip throughout the fabric width. Electronically controlled “dancer bar” and encoder for “tension free” spreading and without end-catchers. Maximum reliability and maintenance are facilitated by auto-diagnosis system and wifi connection for remote support, directly on board. The Twist 100 is also prepared to interface with MD COP and MD Analytics, to get automatic programming by remote and to feed-back final data of consumption and times.
