Our automatic cutting machines ensure ZERO emissions, ZERO fumes, ZERO smoke, and ZERO odors.
Our automatic labelers help save approximately 25,000 to 35,000 meters of paper per year.
Our single-sheet cutting machine PLY1 allows for savings of approximately 70,000 to 100,000 meters of paper and plastic per year.
Our REX cutting machine is in line with the Green Deal directives, going beyond the simple concept of energy saving. In fact, REX guarantees up to 50% energy savings, not only through reduced consumption but, most importantly, thanks to TWO SUSTAINABLE PATENTS: energy recovery (Energy Recovery System) and the generation of new energy (SpinPower), all while maintaining the same speed, precision, and efficiency.
With our cutting room management software, we achieve an annual reduction in fabric consumption of over 10%, improving production efficiency and maximizing profits.
Our integrated software solutions and our 2D and 3D CAD systems contribute to the digitalization of processes, enhancing the quantity and quality of shared data while reducing the physical movement of people and goods, and thus minimizing the environmental impact.

REDUCED DIMENSIONS AND CONSUMPTION
The new integrated fan within the machine reduces dimensions and consumption while improving performance. To ensure sustainability performance with minimal energy consumption, we have applied for 3 patents, two of which focus on sustainability.
ENERGY RECOVERY SYSTEM
Discover our patented Energy Recovery System (ERS), inspired by hybrid car technology. Similar to modern cars, we recover wasted energy, especially during deceleration, reintroducing it into the cycle using our innovative technology. The Smart Energy Mode optimizes energy consumption, reducing peaks. The result? Maximum energy efficiency to meet the demands of the modern market.
SPIN POWER SYSTEM
Our second patent addresses the need to reduce energy consumption in cutting machines, traditionally high due to large aspirators used to immobilize fabric. Instead of wasting energy from the exhaust airflow, we developed Spin Power, a wind turbine that generates electricity from this airflow. This innovation not only lowers energy costs but also positively impacts the environment, positioning us at the forefront of Industry 5.0 and showcasing our commitment to a sustainable future.
PLY1: SINGLE PLY CUTTING
No plastic and paper: Ply1 saves approximately 70,000 to 100,000 meters of underlay paper and overlay plastic each year. It enables fast delivery by shortening the production process for small batches. No sorting – no bundling.
LESS TRANSPORT AND WASTE
It reduces goods transportation, promoting micro-local production. It allows production only of what is sold, without waste.
PLY1 AND VISION SCAN
Enables printing and cutting only on demand, reducing waste. It reduces fabric warehouse size and costs by integrating digital fabric printing and the Vision Scan system.

OUR SUSTAINABLE NO-PROFIT INITIATIVES
MorganTecnica for Soroptimist International Italy
MorganTecnica, in collaboration with Soroptimist International Italy, is pleased to present an initiative dedicated to supporting the local community. During our cutting simulations, tests, and live events, the fabrics used are donated to the Soroptimist International Club Bergamo. This collaboration is crucial as the club actively supports the women’s prison in Bergamo, promoting sewing courses for inmates and providing them with concrete opportunities for learning, training, and social reintegration.
MorganTecnica “MADE IN/FOR BERGAMO & BRESCIA AGAINST COVID”
MorganTecnica in partnership with Programma Italia. During the Covid emergency, we cut and produced a limited series of jeans, with the proceeds going to the local Red Cross to support their efforts during the pandemic crisis.
